We back the thinking.

in3Days Africa supports the Kufunga Foundation, the official foundation of Cabanga Africa Group.

Our Commitment

The group's own foundation.

Kufunga means to think.

The Kufunga Foundation was founded on 5 September 2015 as a thought-driven developmental organisation for Zimbabwe and beyond. It is the official foundation of Cabanga Africa Group, and in3Days Africa, as a technology subsidiary of the group, stands behind its work.

The Foundation helps people understand themselves before they are told what to change. Its work runs on the Kufunga Diagnostic & Development System - three instruments read together as one diagnostic suite, where diagnosis always comes before prescription.

A Kufunga Foundation guided session: the three instruments on the board in sequence, the guide and the participant across the table with the report folder and the laptop between them
The Three Instruments

Internal condition, decision, then fit.

Read in sequence, the three instruments show what drives a person, how they decide and act, and where they belong.

01 - The FBI Virus Audit
The internal driver. The audit reads Fear, Bitterness and Insecurity - the three conditions that quietly steer how a person thinks, works and relates to others - and is the doorway into the Foundation's guided programme. It is the Foundation's maiden project.
02 - The Dzungu Index
Decision quality and execution. The Dzungu Index measures premature action - moving before the thinking is done - and shows how a person's decisions turn into results.
03 - The Sales Fit Audit
Functional fit. Used where a commercial role is being examined, the Sales Fit Audit shows whether a person is built for the selling seat they hold or are being considered for.
Where It Works

One system, five environments.

The same instruments serve individuals, families, companies, churches and faith-based organisations, and NGOs, foundations and civil society. Institutions bring the Foundation in to run a group engagement, with confidential individual reports, an aggregate report for the organisation, and training delivered with the Foundation's partners.
